Actually no, he has Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma and dropped out for season 2.
The mini-series you speak of is a prequel called Spartacus : Gods of the Arena. Wentworth Miller is not in it.
The second series of Spartacus is going ahead, but Spartacus is being recast. Three relative 'unknowns' are in the running.

Re: Sky to drop Bravo and Channel One (was Virgin 1)

heres another lame thing sky did, sky arts made subscription. what on earth going on there, sky arts had some good shows and now subcription will most likely kill the channel.

terrible move by sky to make some of its smaller channels subsciption based now.

dont care though about channel one or bravo tbh they waste of space only showing repeats and star trek every hour of every day--.--

I think Sky Arts has been a subscription (1) channel for a long time. What has changed recently is you no longer get the HD channels free, unless you subscribe to the pack.

Re: Sky to drop Bravo and Channel One (was Virgin 1)

Hi all 1st time poster, just like to add my disapproval at skys decision to scrap bravo and has left me in serious doubt as to whether I want to stay a sky customer. After all I pay a lot of money to this company and to me the loss of some of my families favourite shows such as Sparticus, TNA, Deadlist Warrior, and so on without even a "sorry this is why" just isn't good enough.
I get the feeling that my 50sum pounds a month and that also of some of my friends who share my view will be soon in virgins pocket instead.

Re: Sky to drop Bravo and Channel One (was Virgin 1)

Are any of the channel one shows going to end up elsewhere on freeview? My parents watch the programmes on their freeview PVRs.

Also, where did the retarded idea of putting Sky3+1 and Challenge TV on Freeview?

Re: Sky to drop Bravo and Channel One (was Virgin 1)

The Channel one shows will probably appear on the likes of Sky Three.

You can check where you favourites end up by using the never miss feature from sky:

Sky Becomes Home to Bravo Shows - Sky TV
