      and i aint happy with this of late.Thye told me they would be putting up the price so i could use it unlimited.Which was great but I've gone down from 5meg to just over 1.I'm peeved off phoning cos the last twice i phoned(both on a friday after 7) cos this is when the problem started.My phone bill said its cost me 12 cos some yonk from India could'nt understand what i was sayingso i've giving up phoning...its cost me nearly a mth's broadband in just to phone calls..........

      ouch 5 meg to 1 thats a huge drop phone sky maybe they can check your line or somthing

      has i said D its costing me to much to call.If i could speak to somebody English i might get more since.Bt the line is with and their operators are bloody worse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Sky has quite a few call centres, most UK based (Shepton, Dunfermline, Belfast, Newcastle etc.). If you're having trouble understanding the accent of whoever you get through to, then hang up and call back until you get someone you can understand. Also, if you're calling from your landline and have sky talk, then it's free.

      dont have sky talk.But will have to try hanging up till i get somebody who understands me not them.I know i'm from Wales but we aint that hard to understand

      thatys one thing i hate about call centres its always some bloody foran git on the other end thats hard to understand its what i call cheap labour haha this country has gone down hill rabidly
