      Since then I've switched to 18185 and 1280 BT override for local/national and 08xx calls... much cheaper.
      Yes, I agree about the call charges! Does using 1280 do anything? I know 18185 works, but I thought 1280 continued to route calls via Sky because of the type of BT wholesale package Sky operate.

      Hmmm. I get...

      You cannot upgrade your Sky Broadband at the moment, but you can change your Sky Talk calls package if you wish.

      <sound of penny dropping>
      Ahhh. If I tick the Broadband Unlimited box (12.50), it shows in the basket as Broadband Unlimited 7.50 a month!

      Well disaster has struck, after i found on the Sky's order tracker and that i've somehow cancelled my broadband!! I phoned Sky and i will be disconected on the 8th June and i will have to phone back on the 9th to get it reactivated and it will take 10-15 days until it's reactivated. What i've done wrong i don't know!! Not very happy!!

      Hmm, It tells me I'm on Sky Broadband Everyday Lite, when I'm on Broadband Everyday. ( Profile says I'm currently being billed for Everyday )
      Surely it should show the current setting until the user changes to one of the new options ?
      Unlimited option said 12.50, no option for SkyTalk users to upgrade for 7.50 listed.
      If I already have Sky talk unlimited, do I need to select it again ?
      I'm thinking of cancelling a few TV packs to offset the cost of upgrading the broadband, but there doesn't appear to be an option to do this.
      I think I'll leave it for a few days for any bugs in the system to be resolved as I don't want my Sky products cancelled !

      You can only cancel TV packages by phoning, you can upgrade whatever you like online, but to downgrade you have to phone

      How long does it take or should it take for these orders to appear in the ordering tracking bit as nothing is there for me and I have had no email about changing from Everyday to Unlimited.

      Edit - It has finally showed up in my order tracking bit.

      Re: Sky Launches New Up To 20Mb Broadband Product

      I thought that my attempt to extend my unlimited contract to benefit from the lower charges had been successful until I checked the order tracking page.A quick phone call and I discovered that they can't process the huge amount of upgrades for another week.

      As far as I'm aware, you no longer have to get TV with broadband.
