      Looked out of my bathroom window after hearing a racket and they are digging the path up and installing the FTTC cabinate as i type, its about 30m as the crow flys.

      Likewise here in Porthcawl - come back from a few days away and a brand new cabinet has appeared nearby. They are really motoring on this one!

      i have also seen a bt infinity van around ponteland now i think theres a mix up or mistake with my date for fibre. on sam knows it says il be done in december, but when i go on bts website on the infinity section and choose my location it says il be done in september eh i dont get this lol

      Your cabinet could be installed earlier but it won't be enabled till December.

      The BT infinity checker is running on an automatic script so I won't take the FTTC dates it provides seriously.

      oh ok wonder where the cabinet is then lol there also digging a road up down the villege outside a new premises thats been built its some flats or housing there doing

      Our cabinet, underground conduits to property boundaries and access plates were installed over 10 years ago but there's no sign of BT, Virgin or Sky fibre coming to our area.

      Smallworld Media are able to offer us fibre broadband and TV etc but there are mixed reviews on their service so I'm going to hang on for now.
