      @Skypaul

      My account hasn't been hacked, remember this is not confirmed, but from a known source. It may or not be true. Remember they were going to offer non Sky TV customers broadband etc in the form of Picnic, so maybe it's a scaled down version of that.

      @Postman Pat

      None mentioned, I will post more details if and when we receive them.

      Re: Sky Broadband For Non Sky Customers

      Why would it be connect if Sky has LLU in the exchange? More likely it will be priced close to the connect package but without the TV tie in and just relying on the 12 month minimum contract period as usual. Sky aren't totally stupid and will at least try to price match whatever is out there within reason.
      Anyone daft enough to sign for this without checking if they are going to be on LLU or not needs shooting though. Hopefully moving forward sky will be trying to get as many customers off Connect as possible as quickly as possible where they can.

      Re: Sky Broadband For Non Sky Customers

      what i meant was o2 is sky biggst competitor, so they will match o2's prices o2 have a discount for o2 customers, so do sky under this proposition
      o2 Standard 7.50 / 12.50
      o2 Premium 10.00/ 15.00
      o2 PRO 17.50/ 22.50
      sky base 5.00/12.50?
      sky everyday 10.00/15.00?
      sky unlimited 15.00/20.00?

      o2 access 17.50/22.50
      sky connect 17.00/22.50?

      thats what i see th prices to look like, but all o2 packages are unlimited, and as we have seen they do have better customer service. so its how sky play this

      Not too far off apparently.
      Full details will be announced on Friday (Unless someone on here has it sooner). It seems you need to take phone and broadband and you will be charged an additional 2.50/month for the broaband.

      Initially only available from turnaround for customers out of contract for their tv. I have no details as to whether it will be available as a standalone product from scratch.

      Re: Sky Broadband For Non Sky Customers

      I had heard that if you wanted to cancel your Sky TV and just have their on-net Broadband and Sky Talk, then you could have at the current prices plus an admin charge of 2.50 - whether this is correct or not, we shall soon see (hopefully). They had to do something with Picnic being knocked back, didn't they?
