At least Richard Turpin wore a mask !!

      Sky are just removed.

Get loads of people on your service by offering 40GB download limit at 5. Then chage this to 10GB so that they can force people up by 5!!!

I can understand 40GB is a bit high, but 10????? In this day and age.

Thats only maybe 4 PS3 downloads and a couple of itnues albums...... SHOCKING!!

No-one forces you to stay with Sky. You pays your money and make your choice.

If enough people vote with their feet, then Sky may see the errors of their ways.

Re: Sky Broadband Changes - 22nd June

Just had the e-mail regarding SKY's wonderful customer care for those with a 10gb cap. They refer to a new tool to monitor usage, but there I can't see it anywhere on MY SKY pages. Anyone else seen it yet?

Re: Sky Broadband Changes - 22nd June

Thanks, so does that mean they won't be monitoring the cap yet as well I wonder - all a bit vague - as is the DLM process which has been going for about a fortnight on this line - without anything showing up under MY SKY (Line not under testing always showing) - I guess it might be concluded now, but not sure, and there seems to be no way of knowing apart from phoning.

      Cheers

Re: Sky Broadband Changes - 22nd June

There is one poster reporting that he has been informed that he has exceed his limit. If this is true then it must be working.

You are probably in the majority, your speed will only be increased if you are close to the maximum of the old speeds,ie, 8 or 16Mb, depending on the package you are on.

Well I'm on unlimited and my upload is still a lousy 764, which is what I am bothered about. Pretty sure DLM never started...
