      It's a lovely summer colour

A bit more information regarding your question would be nice, do you mean the phones, the broadband, the colour or the order?

I have already cancelled my HD sub. The only reason I still have any Sky subscription at all is because I am on Mid broadband for 5/month.

As from January 2010, unless I want to be capped to 10GB, I will have to move to Unlimited, and see a price rise from 5/month to 15/month ! There will no longer be any incentive for me to keep Sky TV and, come January, I will end my TV subscription.

I can't believe Sky have made such a massive mistake. SKY WILL LOOSE TV SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BROADBAND USERS!!

I can only think Murdoch has gone mad and wants to reduce his customer base.
That pretty much sums up my position. Unfortunately, the only real alternative at my exchange is Talk Talk (in terms of price competitiveness). I've been looking at the Talk Talk broadband forums in the hope of finding satisfied customers

Well they do a monthly customer satisfaction survey, and for some reason I can't actually see the results - maybe I'd need to register with the forum to do that. However, the following comment did catch my eye:
"those results look fantastic and i know i for 1 if i wasnt with talktalk those results would pursuede me to sign up"

      I was being sarcastic.

I don't know much about Talk Talk. One of my neighbours has it and she isn't very complimentary about it. When her contract ends she will be changing her ISP.

Having looked at that site, it looks as though around 70% would recommend Talk Talk services to a friend or colleague.

I looked at Talk Talk when they were first enabled at my exchange in March 2007, before I signed up to Sky BB. I decided to avoid them, and subsequent history showed that was a good decision. Since then, there is some anecdotal evidence suggesting they have got their act together and improved customer service.....
But I have to admit it would still be a bit risky to change from Sky to TalkTalk.
