Sky BB is dependant on you having sky tv, not sure about the sly talk as I wouldnt touch it with a bargepole but I would imagine the same applies, although I cant see why it should.

I may have a habit of picking my nose in public. It doesn't mean people should complain that I might go out to eat next week. Complaining about something that might or might not happen (people only being told about the changes via the Sky rag) is ridiculous. Of course, if that turns out to be their only method of announcement, complain all you like.

Is that right, my calculator would disagree as both these packages are cheaper than 25 / month.

And if you check out the skyuser sister site O2User seem to be much more customer orientated.
Your calculator obviously hasn't taken into account that O2/Bethere doesn't have that great coverage as they certainly don't operate on my exchange. I moved to Sky from UKFSN/Entanet at the beginning of the year where, like many others, I was happily paying over 29 per month for a capped product. I now get more speed and no cap and would happily pay 25 for a stand alone product if need be.

Given what they are doing with Mid, I would not count on it

For myself I will stay with SKY pro tem as they are not changing the package price again, but if and when I get 'dealt with' for exceeding the cap, then O2 will be the beneficiary of SKY's backfiring policy.

Re: Sky Broadband Changes - 22nd June

My first step of moving to o2/Be is getting one of my contract phone moved to them when they run out, should still have time on the 10 price of max by then so I'll see what the benefits are of staying/moving and the decide...

Sky have implemented the package change and hence the rollout of the next stage of DLM. Unless you are telling us different no one to our knowledge has been officially informed. Therefore customers have the right to whine like 2 yr olds, erm I mean complain about Skys blase attitude to their customers yet again.

Why would it, its a calculator not samknows. I was simply pointing out that there are other packages available as good as Sky's, if not better, for less than 25, not whether you personally can get them.
