What are you talking about, there is a problem with Connect users and PSN at the moment and it seems to be pointing to Sky's traffic management on the P2P network.

I suggest if you don't have anything useful to add you stay quiet and read.

Re: Sky Broadband Changes - 22nd June

Looking on my account today It as been changed from mid to everyday. I have not received any information from sky informing me that they were going to do this. Some months I do download more then 10g so I am now waiting to see what happens before deciding what to do. Sky as no loyaty to existing customers as it hasent even the decencey to inform them before making changes.

just make sure you make your mind up b4 the 1st aug.i was on the phone yesterday to cs and even they havent been given the proper info on the changes.i had to direct the agent to this site so he could find out about it....it seems to me that if sky pulled their finger out and sorted how info is given to there staff, complaints about cs would half.
the agent i spoke to made notes of our conversation and copied pages from here to email to all the other cs so they atleast had half an idea of what was going on.madness

Wow, that is bad. They have worse communication within than my school does and it's one of the worst in the country. =P

everyone in Sky has access to the info of the changes - if they choose to ignore that info then that's the agents fault not Sky's...

why direct them to here anyway? would've been better to direct them to the Sky site seeing as it's all there aswell...
