      I think you have hit it on the head NR and whoever did the webpages is going to catch on the other end.

      Yes My Bill now says broadband unlimited, but service details are still not avalible, but it does say my line is not under test, so thats good then.

      Yep - Tend to agree. However there is another one as well previously pointed out. Its a little misleading though, and tbh something that should have been noticed before roll out.

      hi all well just looked at my sky and its telling me i have 20mg so reboot and i have 18mg so called sky and said i take it i have upgrade oh wait one min let me see women said 15 mins passed then women changed to a man who then told me i was on 10mg ,oh no am not i said i am on max ok let me look again 5 mins passed again hello he said you are on max and not been upgraded well i said i am because i have speedtest line and geting 17.5 mg download and 1027 up loads oh he said well sorry i cant help you at momment would you like me to give you ticket number to have your speed reset i said no thanks and put phone down well do sky really know what thay are doing there ?

      I cannot really understand why you called Sky at all, somebody, somewhere is now bound to get the wrong end of the stick and capp you down to 5k.

      I have check my sky bill and it says for the broadband, sky broadband unlimited, if i emailed would they apply the new speeds to my line.
      Connected at 17Mbps on sky unlimited
