You will get a bit more, but how much is anyone's guess.

It must be very puzzling for anyone who is getting 2 or 3 Mb to see anyone desperate to get more when they already have a speed which puts them in the top 5% of ADSL speeds in the country.

DLM is still running on your line or you are capped. You should be syncing at the full speed.

If you have been connected for more than 2 weeks, yes. If not, wait and see if it settles.

Phone Sky and tell them you believe DLM has left your line crippled, could they please configure it manually. Once you get past Tier 1, you should have no problems.

Re: Sky Broadband Max - New Faster Speeds?

you shouldnt even have to get past tier 1 now - tier 1 managers now have access to project Limar - it allows them to manually configure your line without it being taken to Customer support and Higher tech support etc

I know this as this is what happened to me when I phoned up 4 days ago's and the person on the other end in tier one just got their manager to sort it after confirming my problem with their history log etc.
