Nope, i was expecting that, but we were told explicitly to follow a "guide" but to answer everything truthfully, and chose what to say and how to say it based on how they talk to us, for example if someone talks quite posh to us, we should talk poshly back, etc

what if somebody talks posh then common then normal?
i was wondering about the scrips because all the people ive spoke to said the same exept 1 who admitted that the box(pvr1 recon) was big noisy and s l o w and we were robbed.

      hmm, odd
well we were never given any, told to basically wing it.
and he was right PVR 1 was big noisy and slow, but it was good at the time of launch

Re: Current Rumours For Sky - January 2009

Sky+ Hd , SKY need to look at keeping existing customers as well as attracting new. The HD offer is great but not when you have to stump up yet another additional fee. Sky currently get 47 /month from me (TV package and broadband). In the current economic climate people are looking to cut costs. (Yes me included, I need to) To retain me they need to offer a better deal (at NO extra cost) I get HD FREE on freesat (ITV and BBC1 only maybe, at present!!!!) so beware SKY .. I appreciate the boxes cost and the current offer is a loss leader against future revenue. It may appear I want something for nothing but as a loyal SKY customer 16 years+ (even thought my on-line account details only says something like 10 (since I changed from analogue to digital)). What have Sky earned from me in almost 20 years of monthly revenues?? I dare not work it out. Reward your loyal customers SKY. Several people I know are also making similar noises like me about reducing their sky packages /dropping some elements. The current offer of a new HD+ box is not helping or hitting the target with a large element of the current customer base if my friends are a relevant sample.

      49 + 30 install.... bargain!
10pm for 30HD channels vs freesats partime BBC and pretty much non-existent ITV)..... bargain.

SkyHD is a premium product as opposed to the defacto product. Remember Sky is a business and what they are offering for their premium product is fantastic.
