Sorry! but do we just accept that, yet again, Sky can not supply a working system, eventhro they are happy to take the money ?

      Re: Lip Synchronisation FAQ

Hi all, I appreciate the frustration but Sky do not make the equipment they use in the transmission chain. If there are problems with the firmware/software in the many devices in the chain then Sky need to report this and wait for a fix. I'm not trying to make excuses for Sky, just put another point of view :-)

      Re: Lip Synchronisation FAQ

Well it's 07/06/2009 and my recently installed HD+ is a sound sync nightmare and don't even mention the "Otical Sound Delay" in the setup menu. That would work if all channels were out of sync/same time delay which they aren't! individual channels can actually change their delay time also. What a mess and Sky still push sell HD+ as if it's the bee's knees, they should hang their head in shame. I will be writting to Watchdog and The Trading Standards Agency.

Complaining about who? Sky? Read the post above yours... Lip sync is an issue. And it's worse on some channels than others... SciFi HD is noticeably bad. But, i think you've blown something out the water a little.
