In MHO I think Sky should concentrate on getting their CS (script monkeys) up to date and hire (and of course pay the appropriate rate) knowlegable people at the end of the phone.

Once they've got that right, then proceed further this would be a better business plan.

Also get off premium number calling and resort to at least national number. My last bill cost me £30 just to fix a simple problem
