Sorry - I don't know how you can make such a statement

They used it on the poorest performing and potentially unstable lines which had, had problems before and it was deemed a success as far as I'm aware and I wouldn't be surprised if half of, or more of these customer's have internal wiring issues or extensions causing these issues.

We only see the worst on here and seemingly they used it on 300,000 customer's - clearly we didn't see 300,000 posts on here - I read less than 1% had issues - apparently

Not quite true, they also used it on lines syncing at the max with no stability problems whatsoever, much to the users ( understandable ) frustration.
