None at all - sorry
Everything I know is above in the first post. As for pricing I am pretty sure the above prices are correct. They came from an official (non Sky but on behalf of) source.

Re: 1st July Sky HD will change to Sky + HD.
Yeah I would think you would have to wait 2 weeks and then sign up for it.
My brother got his Sky HD 2 weeks ago and it was still an old Thompson box that was over a year old. (due to firmware being pre-anytime)
I would assume that they would get through those boxes first and then the new thompson and Samsungs would then be sent out.I'm a PC, and Windows 7 Backup saved my sanity when BitDefender imploded !!!

Ring and ask if they will do the deal now? They are just not going to sell many if there is a two week wait before people can buy them cheaper.

Do you think Sky will do HD subscription for more than 1 box at just £10 rather than £10 each? We have 2 HD boxes one with subscription and one without, dont want to pay £20 for the 2 boxes.

This is exactly what I would like to know also.
With the introduction of the new 'HD Mix' you would expect this to to take over from the traditional Sky World package, HD World maybe. Thus covering the household with the HD mix and only having to pay £10 per month for the additional box, like every other non-HD multiroom set-up.

Sky may have to drop the £10 subscription charge for HD if freesat with hd takes off.

Re: 1st July Sky HD will change to Sky + HD.
tbh I don't think they will. Freeview is only more or less the same as Sky's service, apart from the fact that Sky will have more than 4 HD channels, in fact they already do.
I believe, that people will stay a premium for HD content, as after all HD will be the new standard as soon as the majority upgrades their TV's.
After all, when we only had four channels, which was the standard, millions of us changed to Sky, paying a premium price. Why? because we had a greater choice at our fingertips.
As for only four HD channels on the opposition's side, I don't think Sky really need to worry about the subs. They have already made the move and dropped the price of HD boxes for everyone. Why Sky just can't deliver the killer blow, and give existing customers the same install cost as a new customer, is totally beyond me.
I bet an awful lot more people would change to HD from Sky if they did.

Re: 1st July Sky HD will change to Sky + HD.
Remove the £10 a month nonsense and I'll move my BB and phone back to Sky to get HD.
This time a year or so ago said the same thing about Sky+ and they dragged their feet and by the time they'd offered my a Sky+ box I was set to move and was happy with my Humax PVR Freeivew.
I'll be ready in a few months to move back to Sky, so if you can drop the £10 Rupert you'll have my business.
Finger out.

Re: 1st July Sky HD will change to Sky + HD.
Personally I wouldn't say HD gives the subscriber 'greater choice'. It's nothing more than an improvement in experience, much like stereo was to mono when it came out.
I have a HD ready TV but no way can I justify spending an extra £120 per year for the privelidge, on top of the cost of a new box and installation (£210) and having to subscribe to a different channel mix just to view something (£150+ extra per year). An expensive experience for almost £300 extra per year.
