Well have to say it does seem to be stable, connecting 1st time every time,no drop outs yet,But have noticed its taking twice as long to sync now when i switch it on, amber light seems to say on a few mins before it goes off then trys to sync,But i can put up with that for a good connection,my speed hasn't changed just under 6mb,but I'm happy with that anyway

Well I have a NM of down to 2.6db and am getting a stable download speed of 7.7Mb for my attenuation of 46.
On the old FW I could only get about 6Mb stable.

1113 downloads so far, and still very few problems, this is a good sign.

Have you unzipped it?
Have you got a V1 Router - The White one.

Re: Get your Sky V1 Firmware here!

Ok it's now at V1.03.87
Had to use the recovery utility.
I usually get continuous disconnects with this router and have to reset it by disconnecting the power plug. Not very state of the art. Haven't been impressed with these Netgear routers at all. Worst piece of kit I've ever had.
Fingers crossed this helps a bit :-)
