Likewise - If this is correct it is surely a whole new incentive for new customers.

Has anyone rang to see if Sky will change their existing package to the new one? And do you have the Freetime as part of your package?

Haven't yet - and no I'm not with freetime, I'm with BT plan 3 ATM - and with prices coming down to just over a fiver in April - plus using their credit card (and hence getting money off the bill) - they are almost paying me to be with them!! LOL

      Cheers

It was just a thought? Maybe they funding it through their Freetime budget or similar.

I guess you are absolutely sure about the new pricing? When I tried to use the online ordering it still gives me broadband base rather than the mid (up to 8meg) to complete at 35 - Probably just me, but...

Re: Sky - Key Pricing March 2008

The Text I have quoted above is from a Newsletter that was sent to Affiliates.

So either one of two things has happened:

      1) The info is correct and Sky have not updated their website

      2) The Sky website is correct and the Text in the newsletter is wrong, however it does definitely state upto 8mb and 40gb Limits, which definitely rules out Base.

All I did was copy and paste the info into a forum post and removed one line of text that was for affiliates info only.

What's freetime, is it something to do with Sky Talk, if so I am also with BT for the same reasons as Meteosat, in that they have reduced their prices.

It seems to me as if Sky's left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing regarding the affiliate email and their website.
