Indeed, fair play to the chap for the update, of course if he had researched this a bit better in the first place he wouldn't have felt like Boris Johnson.

Bill Thompson who writes for the BBC
That's all that needs to be said. This Idiot writes for the BBC, the same people who bring you a daily helping of uninformed, spun, trash news. (propaganda?)

Let's be honest, the BBC nowadays has all the credibility of 'The Daily Sport.'

Do what I do, ignore these over inflated, over paid, dull people.

Sky Mail could have been handled better. I'm damn sure I don't need a failed Tec writer, so bad at his job he ended up with the BBC, to tell me

Bash the Beeb time.... Yawn!!! The guy's a freelance anyway.

andfinally: Bill Thompson's home on the Web

I'd always go first to Sky News or The Sun for my daily helping of uninformed, trash news. Guess you think sky.com is a better website than bbc.co.uk.
Are you employed by Sky/NewsCorp by any chance ?

Can see the Jurnos initails veiw on the matter.
Probably most people who have worked out how to join and post to forums such as this were capable of following SKYs instructions to change their email settings.
But there where obviously techinal problems on Sky/Google side that needed ironing out.

Personally from my experience of sorting problems out on other peoples PC`s, due them stumbling blindly around their PC and Internet that you should have to take a `driving test` before your allowed to go solo on a computer
