Sky Have Listened To The Gamers

"All

After reviewing the sky forums sites, recent escalations from customers and after discussions with Marketing, please can you implement the following

Should any customer be transferred to Tier 3 and request for their max delay levels to be decreased as a result of them using their broadband connection for Gaming, please arrange for this to be done. You should look to set their max delays at 8. Please ensure you leave the customer with a stable line after completing this."

This is great news for all gamers, and a great decision from Sky. Well done!

Re: Sky Have Listened To The Gamers

This is why I rate sky. What other companies react to customer opinion like that (and that quickly).

Re: Sky Have Listened To The Gamers

About time - skyuser have been campaigning for gamers to be recognized for a long time now. Hopefully the reference to skyforums includes skyuser as I know the guys here have worked hard for this. Now all the gamers who have shyed away from sky because of this can now join sky and join in the fun with us at :-

TeamSkyUser

ps you dont have to be with sky to join us
pps next objective - fastpath for lines that will support it reliably ?

Re: Sky Have Listened To The Gamers

Email, Gamers, sorted.

Sky still need to sort - Sky Router firmware and also a temp username and password for those people who do not receive their router on time.

We'll all have nothing to moan about soon
