Re: Sky Have Listened To The Gamers

Can anyone tell me if this would affect Sky Connect package , I play a lot of Counter Strike and usually get a ping of 36 on most UK servers , was just wondering if it would be any better if I got my maxdelay increased ??

      Any info would be appreciated

36 is pretty good for Connect. Remember though, Connect is a rebadged BT product. Technically I do not know the answer. Could be worth a try.

Hmm 36 is pretty reasonable, I'd have a serious think about whether you want to mess with that before you do try this. If something isn't broke - it's usually wise to not try to fix it

I was pinging 70+ so you can see why I had to take this step.

Re: Sky Have Listened To The Gamers

where is the best place to test my ping, tried one website and got 63 ping, but wondered if there was a reliable site to test with, use mainly ps3 and 360 for gaming, but having got a new pc recently i may be tempted to try that as well.
