Re: Picnic Broadband?

To get back to on-topic....

Perhaps 'picnic' is an acronym - such as Personal Interface Computer with Network Interface Card ;-))

Cheers

Re: Picnic Broadband?

Don't forget Ukonline which is owned by easynet (sky) and they have no adverse effects on the over all network performance, i would think they would provision for the extra traffic or they would get a bad reputation for taking customers on a crammed network just for money.

Re: Picnic Broadband?

Its most likely a code name - truth is, no-one knows much about it, other than the name (this is connected to the rumours about having BB with no Sky TV.) One other hint - keep an eye open in November

Re: Picnic Broadband?

I can understand that, but if it is a code name.... Why register all the domains that go with a code name? Don't make sense.

not too sure, it may be the final name, but it seems a bit.. naff :P We've been given picnic as a name but its not been explained.

I'm sure more information will be available, if it going to go live in November, they'll need to start training within a few months...
