Don't forget Ukonline which is owned by easynet (sky) and they have no adverse effects on the over all network performance, i would think they would provision for the extra traffic or they would get a bad reputation for taking customers on a crammed network just for money.

Its most likely a code name - truth is, no-one knows much about it, other than the name (this is connected to the rumours about having BB with no Sky TV.) One other hint - keep an eye open in November
