come to sky bb from bt etc and we'll buy out the remaining 6 months contract from them think other isp's might just take them to court if they tried that.
Mobile phone companies do it. They just give you (the customer) a cheque to reimburse your early leaving charge. I had 6mths bought out by Simon Jordan when used to come into the local mobile phone shop that he had set up before he made his millions by selling it and going into football.

As long as you pay the early leaving fee first - yes.

As I say, you would have to pay the remainder of your contract first, get your Mac, migrate to sky and then sky reimburse your costs.

Academic anyway as it's not the rumour.

      Re: Exciting new Rumour

I think your right about the (don't need TV) to have Sky BB.

Makes me wonder now why I even thought my Broadband was cheap because I was a loyal customer.

      Re: Exciting new Rumour

I think that sounds most logical, Sky offering Broadband to no subscribers, but can they do it cheaply enough to make it any better than the competition. I also don't think that would be good news for current subscribers. Don't want the exchange saturated now do we?
