Re: Exciting new Rumour
I have been waiting to be connected to skybb for a month now and hopefuly should be this week. I work for b.t. and get my b.b. free at the moment but it is of a very poor speed, nothing to do with my line, its throttled, and b.t. are doing the throttling. I am moving over to Skyb.b. because of the fact i think they can provide me with a 16M line and no throttling. I too think of this service of a kind of "Loyalty" to Sky service.
I remember when the R.A.C. would sollute you when they drove passed you if you had an r.a.c. badge on your car. That was loyalty! I think of this club as being a "members only club" i.e. you have to have Sky T.V. to get into it. The thought of any tom, ****, or harry being able to get into this exclusive club worries me. Are Sky going to get over subscrived like b.t. and have to throttle everyones lines? I hope not, I moved to Sky because I was miffed with the other I.S.P`s who can`t give me what i want and i hope Sky dont go down the same avenue. I know Sky b.b has to advance but i hope they dont think of brushing to one side it`s loyal members for the sake of £££`s. Hope to be connected this week :-))Last edited by unity; 21-08-07 at 12:09 AM. Reason: o.k Richard. :-))
