On reading this site, I am truly amazed how sky got more than 10%. They do not even have a Customer Service department. Uswitch reputation is not overly good but Sky must have paid them a few back handers to get that result.

Re: Sky Achieve 76 per cent customer satisfaction

I shall never forgive Sky for 8 weeks without broadband, endless phone calls to Asian? people who could neither speak or understand english correctly. In addition having to have the phone line proved OK at my expense in order to convince them I really did need a new Sky box, which could have arrived a long time before it did. Based on my experience I don't believe 76%, 7.6% I would.

thing is, you'll probably find that 25% odd who are unhappy are the ones who post on here!!!

the actual number of people suffering issues to those who's bb is fine is tiny.....

How can something as messed up as sky BB produce satisfied customers. Even the purported CS number does not speak English

Re: Sky Achieve 76 per cent customer satisfaction

again, just depends who you get. given, the majority are based in Manila but obviously something is going right. As i said, the actual number of issues compared to customers who's connections are fine is minute.....
