Mine works perfect apart from the UPnP bug. Any problems give us a shout on here.

Re: The new Sky Router is on its way

TBH I must say that now I've had the BB connection live since last friday, I'm very happy to report that it seems to be working very well now! No lost dropped internet connections to the router, and wireless has been very stable. As mentioned in previous posts, the wifi strength isn't fantastic, but the router seems to be playing ball and hasn't needed a reboot

Re: The new Sky Router is on its way

Rumour has it that there are over 10,000 of the new routers in the loop now. Sky have been sending them out for new customers since last week.

Re: The new Sky Router is on its way

well i'm happy to report that my first month of ownership of the new router has been great - it has been 100% reliable after the first few days, wireless signal is good, and I'm very pleased.

My experience with the old model was O.K - but I must say I prefer this one!

Re: The new Sky Router is on its way

for some reason, lately, my sagem sky router has been resetting itself rapidly - then about 30 mins ago, it was upgraded to sky firmware v1.9 (wonder what that was for) - record times for it restarting itself is 4 in a row - as in resetting as soon as the internet light turns from amber to green.

I got this router back in january (i think) because the last router upgrade damaged my Netgear DG834GT - made it so the flashing sequence was constantly running - thank god we got the new one for free haha

stilll, the restarting is a constant pain in my $@%.

Re: The new Sky Router is on its way

As in Firmware Version 1.9Sky ?

      Reported in the GUI http://192.168.0.1

If so then it looks like Sky are rolling out the FW for the Sagem. And it is one of the best kept secrets ever.

Re: The new Sky Router is on its way

I wonder if the change is just a tag, so if you phone Sky and they ask for the firmware version this will tell them your line is subject to DLM, while they roll it out.
