      I uninstalled this last night because it downloaded some update and it took near enough 5mins to boot the PC it was previously about 2. So Mcafee got the chop I'm afraid. Back to Comodo and avast for me I'm afraid.

      Go to Add and Remove programs, in your control panel.

      In XP go to start and then you should see Control Panel

      you need to uninstall service first then uninstall security centre - unless its changed
