      Router

Don't bother - this number as all sky telephone numbers leaves you hanging on, getting cut off, call center staff fob you off with excuse after excuse.

Am still awaiting router have not been live on the internet since 23 August!!

Now I am waiting for Sky to post my Mac Code so I can go back to BT - would not advise over the telephone? Latest up date should be in the post today - can't wait to get home!!!

      Will advise if received.

Don't think you will get a MAC code as you are now LLUed. As I understand it you only get the MAC if you are on one of the BT wholesale providers. (If I am wrong about this perhaps one of our more knowledgable members could enlighten us).

theres an 0800 number which is available and people should be encouraged to call that number rather than the 0870 rip off number
