Yep the whole village. Its the Willington exchange I can see from my window.
Actually I'm only one of a handful that can get any adsl connection at all. The further you get into the village the less likely you are to connect. The residents on the two new build estates aren't happy!!
Actually the conversations I had with BT engineers and a sky engineer all basically said the same thing. "If it doesn't connect fairly quickly, we don't bother investigating too much"
The lines are just too long into the village.

Re: BSkyB response to Ofcom statement

How can anyone really say that Sky Digital is value for money..It's not
43 per month for endless repeats, of old rehashed programs,

Old films that again seem to be repeated on a different Movie channel
every 6 months year in and out.

Sky have no real programming cost, most were paid for through the BBC licence, or ITV advertising,

Most of sky expenditure is for the Sports, and thats the Rub, because most of us are Footy fans, we are hooked by sky, their Prem. football coverage is first class, and is the only reason the Majority of sky subscribers stay, I include myself here.

If it was not for football coverage, I would be off like a shot,
not even the cheap, and in my case excellent broadband service would be enough to keep me loyal.

They also have the Gaul, to charge a extra 10 per month for multi-room,although they only transmit the same picture, add to that another 10 per month for HD, after charging 299 for a HD Box, total rip of Company
who charge what they like because there is no serious competition

But like I say, they have us by the (foot) Balls
audere est facere (To Dare is to Do)
