My number is stll released if I prefix a call with 141 and support says the feature is not supported by Sky. ????
It worked on the same 'phone with another provider.

I guess proof is in the pudding, if it physically dosen’t work, then support are right it’s not supported.

Not as convenient as using the 141 prefix but is there a call setting on your phone where you can select "Send my caller identity" action?
If so try setting it to off then make a test call to check whether your phone number is withheld.

      Re: 141

Thanks for the replies, I found the answer, not 141 use #31#

Sky support didn't know this, I hope it helps somebody else out who is happy using an obsolete Windows mobile.

I'll stick with Sky now and treat the old thing to a new battery to celebrate as it now only lasts 2 days between charges. Sticking with Sky will pay for the battery with the money saved from having to going back to Vodafone.
