      ExPVR - Malformed database?

      Hi.

I have a DRX895W box which stopped recording or playing back recordings, and would not show the list of recorded programmes.

I have hooked up the hard drive to a PC and run ExPVR, which I hav used successfully in the past. However, ExPVR will not open the recording's database; it reports that the database image is malformed.

My research suggests that the PCAT.DB file is corrupt, but I can't find out how to fix it.

      Can anyone help?

      Thank you.

      Re: ExPVR - Malformed database?

Have you tried any of the Legacy database access options in ExPVR Settings? Did a planner rebuild on the STB not work?
