      losing channels

      hi any/1 help 2/3 times a day i have to reboot sky hd box as i lose lots of channels with the no signal getting to box yet my sky sports works fine and sky 1 please help

      Sky usually suggest to unplug the Sky HD box for 15 minutes from the main and re-trying. If all else fails, try calling Sky to get them to replace the box?

      Could you provide us with details to confirm which model you have please?

      Using your remote control press <Service> 0 3 and post the details in the 1st two line and also what it say for manufacturer.

      On the rear of the STB (beside the power socket) is the model number. Could you also post this please?

      sky replaced hd box as it was knackerd problems all gone now thanks for all you're help
