      Sky taking more money then was agreed!!

      Hello


      I have had a long standing problem with sky which goes back to a sky rep giving me a offer but never getting as the records of this could not be found, after a lot of back and forward emails I thought the matter had been sorted!!!
      I agreed a price of £53.63 per month for my tv package, line rental, and bb unlimited now I'm seeing that sky have taken nearly £60.00 this month !!!!!!

      Thanks for letting us know. Do you mean "than was agreed"?

      What is your question? Have you written to Sky? (I recommend using Recorded Delivery and keeping a copy in case you need the evidence later.)

      £53.63 seems a strange amount. What did you agree to for the individual packages? What is the breakdown of the nearly £60 you have been charged? Have you made phone calls outside your free time?
