Bit of praise for Sky Engineers
My Sky+HD started playing up it lost signal on input 2,rang Sky and I tried everything they said still no good.Anyway because i work all week I arranged for engineer to come out this morning (Saturday),he rang last night and asked if he could come before 8? He's just been top bloke really friendly and helpful my dish had moved slightly, he also checked all my cables and box and even shook my hand when he left.Plus I've got his number where he will come back within 30 days if I have any problems, he also gave me his personal number i case it's his day off.Well worth the £65 first problem in 4 years

Hi Paul2003,
Did he come from the Daventry area by any chance?
And this is a bit out there but did he look like Ben Stiller?

Nice result.
For the record should you have a problem within the 30 days and call Sky, they delay paying him for the call out until it is fixed. This is why they normally supply the phone numbers. Do keep it though as you never know when it will be useful.

Skybob I've had Sky and then Sky+HD for 6 years and it's first time it's gone wrong, so glad I didn't waste my money paying £8 a month for protection the past 6 years, I just had to pay £65 for engineer to come out and fix problem
