      I can get saorview in my area , but i dont have an aerial. that would give me all the irish channels I miss , and i wont have to worry about channels being blocked !

      no postcodes in roi , but they dont work in the north anyway

      That's good that you can get Saorview in your area, all you'll need is (possibly) an aerial directed to your nearest Saorview transmitter and a Freeview HD compatible TV set or set top box (a normal SD freeview tv or box won't do).
      You are fortunate to have plenty of options to watch these channels you so crave, unrestricted, which many do not.
      The Saorview, like the Freeview signal will be increased massively on October 24th.

      Don't know what you mean about postcodes not working in the north but it's fairly irrelevant anyway..
