      Have now managed to find a free-phone number so called them and gave 31 days notice.

      Yes I was asked if they could do anything else to help and I was tempted to give a sarcastic answer re my medical problems, the state of the economy etc but thought better of it

      The was no pressure at all and the guy was very polite ...... he clearly has not yet been indoctrinated into the Sky "way".
