      DOWNGRADE - a customer's experience ;)

      So I'm out of my min contract period for getting the super-dooper sky-hd box and so decided to cancel the HD sub (10 a month) and also remove some elements of our family package that I realise we don't watch any more - like the kiddie stuff (dd more "mature").

      I reckoned this would be a horrendous process and would be passed from pillar to post with staff trying to offer short-term bribes, misinformation etc to keep the same package.

      BUT NO!!! It was wrapped up in 10 minutes !

      Gone down from 34 to 19.50....in 31 days, but new package details and start date show clearly on my online sky account.

      On another forum someone even said they cancelled without hassle!

      A new sky approach or just lucky?

      He was a rather slow and had poor English (not the usual sassie Scottish lass/lad)...maybe that was my luck, lol ?
