It isn't exactly FAT32, if you try reading the actual recordings (the STREAM.STR files), you will find you wont be able to access them. It is actually a proprietary file system called XTVFS based on "ERTFS" (EBSnet :: Real Time Operating Systems - TCP/IP Embedded Software :: Products :: File System :: Overview) which is like FAT32 but with quite a few important extensions. One of the most important is support for files larger than ~4GB (which includes most recordings!). In any case, you need to use a tool to create this formatting and copy the files, I have a tool (Darwin to Darwin Recording Copier - Beta Testers Wanted!) which does this.
