SKY Anytime +

Just had an email from SKY telling me that Sky Anytime + (or VOD) is on its way and that i will get a sneak peak shortly due to my expression of interest ages ago. Email says updates to come shortly and makes a few other points

I am sure a few of us will now have had this email today?

Pretty much pointless service, unless you live next door to the exchange. I can't see the point of tieing up my broadband connection for hours on end to download something that I can rent on Blu-Ray for a couple of quid ?
