      Planner rebuild access code

      Hey guys,

      I need to do a planner rebuild on my HD box (EPG Software Version sky+8.3.2) however when I go to do it, I get asked for an access code.

      Entering my usual pin number doesn't work, nor does entering the incident number.

      Do I have to ring up Customer Services to get a number?

      ((Oh, and I have tried all the usual combinations (0000, 1234 etc) )).

      Never heard of an 'access code' being required. The sequence for a Sky+ Rebuild with the new EPG is ( on the remote ) Services, 0, 0, 1, Select, 7, Select, Select.

      Very strange.

      Just had a go at doing what you said and it worked.

      When I last rang up CS about failed recordings (wasn't aware about a planner rebuild at this time) they said to go into the health option to do it, which is where it was asking me for a code.

      Ah yes........the Health Check does require an access code. You must have somehow got to the wrong part of the menu. Never mind, all's well etc etc
