      Further Schedule Info Unavailable

I have had Sky HD for a month and have 2 boxes.

Have to say it is excellent apart from one very irritating problem that I hope someone knows how to fix.

After a few days I lose the listings and comes up with that annoying Further Schedule Information is not Available message. The only way I have found out of it is to do the old pull power out and leave for a few mins. All then goes back to normal until the next time.

Worryingly it happens on both boxes.

Anyone else with the same problem or am I just lucky and if they have do they have a way out that doesn't mean switching off the whole thing everytime. It surely can't do it any good and must lessen it's life.

It really is spoiling what otherwise is a very good product.

      Thank you for your help.

I had a bit of that last night. It happens occasionally. It's nothing to worry about, the info comes back in its own sweet time. Usually means Sky are busy with other things. All back to 100% this morning as I head out to work

It seems to happen a little more frequently these days, but as Kenedin says, don't worry about it. It will sort itself out.

Yes, go into the settings menu and make sure you have a signal on both inputs. Note that with Samsung boxes, you'll have to make a recording to use both inputs, because the unused inputs are switched off. It might also be useful to go into the engineer's menu (Services, 0, 0, 1, Select) and make sure that Single LNB mode is OFF.
