SKY+HD Box No Input 1

Over the past 4 weeks this has happened twice where I have turned the box on to find the message "no signal" displayed on all channels.

When I check the signal info. the signal strength and quality bars are both empty on input 1 only. I can switch off at the mains and reboot the box and it's back to normal but it's not ideal.

I joined sky April 2008 meaning I had my equipment warranted for 12months, april 2009, in February 2009 the original HD box was replaced with this refurbed thomson unit. How long does SKY warrant refurbed boxes for ? As this will determine who foots the bill for fixing/replacing.

If it is a Thompson receiver chances are it is the power supply. Either a call to Sky to get it replaced or a DIY job, you can get the part/s from:-

SKY have recommended the sky+ rebuild option.
