Carefully press Services, 0, 0, 1 & Select. Scroll right to Default Transponder and press Select. Make sure your settings are 11.778, V, 27.5, 2/3. If that's what's already there, press red button to reset. If you've had to make any changes, make sure you press green to Save Settings.
The new Sky viewing card is not needed for the new EPG.
