Angry Sky HD new EPG ''No signal'' Cure

I have just turned on my Thomson HD box, and I now have the new EPG menus, but my box is saying ''no signal available''. I am not even receiving the TV Guide programmes, and time/date. How do I change the 'default transponder'? Do I need the new Sky card (which I have not received)?

Carefully press Services, 0, 0, 1 & Select. Scroll right to Default Transponder and press Select. Make sure your settings are 11.778, V, 27.5, 2/3. If that's what's already there, press red button to reset. If you've had to make any changes, make sure you press green to Save Settings.

The new Sky viewing card is not needed for the new EPG.

I made the mistake of turning single feed mode on and then re-enabling anytime - Sky kept saying no signal until I turned anytime back off!
