Manually tune HD channels in Ireland

I'm in Ireland and have Sky HD. Can I manually add Channel 4HD as I have BBCHD? I have a code which features a symbol rate of 29500 but mine only goes up to 27500! Any ideas? I'm not a geek so please keep it simple. Thanks.

Unfortunately not at the moment. The Manual Tuning option is restricted to adding channels with a Symbol Rate of 22.000 or 27.500. These rates are locked. The only way to view C4 HD would be with a viewing card registered in UK ( obviously including Northen Ireland ).
