Audio Sync
Guys,
I have a question about audio sync.
I got sky HD recently and so my TV is connected to SKY box via HDMI. Now, I have a home surround theatre which connects to my TV via Analog RCA.
The issue is, when both are played at the same time, one source from TV speakers and the other from the home theatre, audio is out of sync. I presume this is because the HDMI cable delivers data faster, so sound coming from the home theatre through analog is lagging slightly.
Is there any way to fix this? My guess would be to delay sound coming from the TV by a couple of miliseconds?. Or perhaps use different cables? Check attachment for dvd player connections.
