had a major attack by the gremlins last week,pc crashed twice and then on monday the broadband went down,phone call to sky,answered all the questions and was given a ticket number and would get a call back from the cs secton having followed the threads on this site i was inclined to disbelief that last statement,connection came back about 19 mins after the call ,monday lunchtime and today wednesday at approx 1645 i had the promised call back re the fault.i have not had to call customer services very often about 4 times in 20yrs andeach time i have had excellent treatment by the polite saff and a
quick solution to the fault/problem tv or broadband
