On tuesday afternoon, a colleague asked me to look at his Sky broadband as he was not connecting. Router was u/s.
That evening I logged onto his My Sky & sent a message (using Brian69's technique - thanks Brian

Phone call from friend this morning to say that new router was delivered yesterday, Thursday. Under 48 hours from problem to delivery
Brilliant service & many thanks to the Sky team, (as I know some are here & will pass on the message of satisfaction).
Sky CS take a lot of stick & some of it no doubt deserved but they can somtimes amaze us.
