Yes..why indeed...didnt get the free installation...cant find the guy that dealt with me...so decided to go for the hd box and the £15 to my account...first man told me ....i couldnt have the £15....i laughed....he said i had already had £75 refunded to me..(read my last post)...so...when i finished talking with him ..i contacted customer support...within 5 mins...£15 to my account...HAPPY DAYS..once again...but i wont give up on getting a refund on the installation

..E-mail arrived this morning...the same day my hd box was installed,and in both accounts the signs look pretty good.Here is a quote from my e-mail......I look forward to receiving this information which will allow me to investigate the matter fully. If I have failed to respond to you in regards to the HD matter, please accept my personal apologies for the oversight on my part.I send about 5 e-mails to different departments in the hope that someone will notice and reply.Be patient...good things come to those who wait.
