Ive been with Gheynet for the last 4 years and had nothin but grief
so decided to change to sky after one of many poor customer support tickets...
I did have to wait almost 3 weeks for my line to be activated,
and i spent that time reading this forum about other users bad experiences !!
dam have i made a huge error ?? well the activation day came and when i came in from work found my router light on red ... wtf
typical of my previous supplier they just cut me off ..
well plugged sky router in .. connected straight away . no messin
did a speed test .. almost 14mb even though my line is only supposed to be able to get around 7.5mb ..
started downloading a backup of one of my sites .. and had to look twice .. 1.2mb/s ..
needless to say im totally happy with sky so far
twice the speed ,half the price and no download caps
