Got through to head office customer relations. got a very helpful woman who promised me a discounted connect package, and upgraded my sky for 3 months free. Shame I've had to go through 5 days of lies and misleading information.
But praise where it's due. Thanks very much denise. a refreshing honest voice

as said it's possible at your first point of sale there was a package available to you.. then the next time the port was no longer.. I've seen it happened.. but then I read the manager part.. god knows.

Also glad it's sorted and in time the mid package will be given to you.. I think?
